Limited Lifetime Warranty

Azad Wheels offers a lifetime warranty on the structure of the wheels to the original purchaser that all Azad Wheels purchased in new condition are free from defects in materials and/or workmanship. Versus Racing also offers a one-year warranty from the original purchase date on the manufacturer’s paint or powder coat finishes. This warranty is not transferable to any future parties.

Warranty on the structure and finish is limited to the repair or replacement of wheels at the discretion of Azad Wheels for any wheels determined to be covered under warranty.

Azad Wheels does not offer a “road hazard warranty.” This warranty does not extend to damage due to neglect, harsh chemicals, potholes, road debris, or collisions.

Tire and wheel width combinations must fall within those recommended by the tire manufacturer to maintain warranty eligibility. Damage because of improper tire sizes or improper tire load requirements will not be covered under warranty. Maintaining proper tire inflation is essential in reducing unnecessary stress to the wheel over time.

Wheels that have been altered, repaired, or modified in any form are not covered by warranty.

Damages as a result of improper installation or mounting with non-approved hardware are not covered by the warranty.

Inspect shipments and contact the shipping company if any product is damaged in transit. This warranty does not extend to damages because of improper shipping or handling.

All warranty claims must be sent to Azad Wheels headquarters in Santa Fe Springs, California for inspection before any claim can be accepted. Versus Racing does not deal directly with customers of our distributors for any warranty claims. Warranty claims must be processed through the original dealer that the wheels were purchased from. Dealers must obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from and Versus Racing representative before sending any warranty claims back to Versus Racing. Warranty claims sent to Versus Racing without an RMA number will be refused. Versus Racing will perform an inspection upon receipt of the wheel and notify the dealer if the wheel has been accepted as a manufacturing claim.

Azad Wheels is not liable for any shipping costs involved for any warranty claims; this includes any expenses as a result of removal, installation, or loss of use. Any expenses covered will be at the discretion of the original dealer and determined on a case-by-case basis.

Wheel Maintenance

To keep your wheels looking like new, regular cleaning is highly recommended, and in adverse weather climates where salt or chemicals are used on the roads, it is mandatory in order to maintain the finish warranty on your wheels. Please follow these guidelines:

• Never use any chemical-based cleaners or harsh cleaning solutions.

• Use only mild soap and water with a soft, non-abrasive cloth rag to clean the wheels of dirt and debris.

• Spray-on, hose off type cleaners are strictly prohibited

• Do not clean the wheels when they are still warm from operation of the vehicle – allow them to cool before attempting to even hose off. Cleaning them in shade is highly recommended.

• You can apply a soft paste, spray on wax or ceramic coating to your wheels to ease maintenance and improve wheel appearance on clear-coated, painted or chrome wheels; this is not advised for unprotected polished surfaces.

Tire Mounting

PLEASE INSPECT THE PRODUCT BEFORE MOUNTING ANY TIRES TO THE PRODUCT. ONCE THE TIRE IS MOUNTED TO PRODUCT, YOU OWN THE PRODUCT AND WE WILL NOT RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

YOU MOUNT THEM, YOU OWN THEM. 

Shipping

In-Stock items will be shipped within 1-5 business days depending on current workload.

Shipments will arrive 5-7 business days after leaving our warehouse.

Domestic shipments are sent via FEDEX or UPS

International shipments are sent via DHL orFEDEX unless agreement is made by both parties for other shipping method.
